Optimal Blue will deploy a release into the Production Environment on Friday, September 16th, at 10:00 PM CT. No system downtime is expected during the installation of this release.

Optimal Blue is pleased to announce the following enhancements included in this release.

QM Min/Max Price-Based Test Values Updated to 2022 Limits

QM Price-Based tests are now updated to 2022 limits for “New Policy – GSE Guidelines Effective 7/1/21”. These values are used to determine the Regulated Limit for QM APR – APOR based on total loan amount.

Cost of Improvements Field to Allow Cents

We have enhanced the Cost of Improvements field on the Product Search form and Profile Search form to now allow for cents. Previously this field required whole dollar values. This update also ensures data integrity for this field by pushing the correct value with cents to our LOS partners.

Static Adjustments Cleared on Lock Status Changes

With this release Static Adjustments previously applied to pricing will now be cleared when a lock is rejected, set back to Registered status, or when an error occurs on the initial lock request. Examples of Static Adjustment are those adjustments applied as the cost of a post lock change, or a manually added Static Adjustment applied via the Change Adjustments section on the 2ndary Options screen.
