How do I download the Optimal Blue PPE (OB) Mobile app for iOS?

Click this link from your iPhone to download the app. OB Mobile for iOS will not be searchable in the App Store. Since OB Mobile is intended only for Optimal Blue clients, and not general public use, Apple does not list OB Mobile for iOS in the public App Store. You must use the above link to download the app.


Which iOS versions and devices are supported?
The OB Mobile app is supported on iOS versions 16 or greater. iOS version 16 is supported on the following devices:
iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone SE (3rd generation), iPhone SE (2nd generation)



Is the OB Mobile app available for Android devices?
The OB Mobile app is currently only available for iOS devices. We plan to make the app available for Android devices in the future.



Do I have to be an Optimal Blue PPE user to access the OB Mobile app?
Yes. You must be an existing Optimal Blue PPE user with an Optimal Blue username and password to access the OB Mobile app.



How do I log in to the OB Mobile app?
Access to the OB Mobile app is controlled by your Optimal Blue System Administrator, who must enable your access before you can log in. If your access has not been enabled yet, you will see the following message when attempting to log in:
"You are not currently enabled to access this mobile app. Access to the mobile app is controlled by your Optimal Blue System Administrator. Please reach out to your Optimal Blue System Administrator for assistance."



Why is the OB Mobile app asking for my phone number?
To access the OB Mobile app, users must complete multi-factor authentication and enter a prompt they receive either by phone or email.



Which Optimal Blue PPE users and origination channels can access the OB Mobile app?
Loan officers, branch managers, processors and secondary users are eligible for access to the OB Mobile app. The mobile app is intended for originators in the retail channel.



Can I access my pipeline loans or lock through the OB Mobile app?
Today, the OB Mobile app supports Quick Price scenario pricing. Actual loans are not currently accessible through the OB Mobile app. Locking is not supported through the OB Mobile app.
