We are please to announce the following enhancements currently available in the Loansifter platform.

New FHA Case Assigned Date

A new FHA Case Assigned Date of “On or after 1/1/2022” has been added to the New Search page. We have also updated the existing FHA Case # “On or after 1/1/2021” to “Between 1/1/2021 and 12/31/2021”, which will remain the default option through 2021.

LoanCatcher LOS Integration is Now Available

The Loansifter Team is excited to announce that we have completed the integration with the web-based LoanCatcher LOS for mortgage brokers. This new integration supports the demand for a single, unified solution that delivers the ability for clients of both platforms to access products and pricing efficiently through the LoanCatcher user experience. There is no charge to enable the integration, however you must be a LoanCatcher customer to take advantage of the new functionality.

To turn on the integration, you must complete the following steps:

Once you are set up on LoanCatcher, select Subscriptions in the main menu navigation, then enable the LoanCatcher status.  

Next, in your LoanCatcher portal, select Signup and then Pricing, enter your Loansifter credentials and click Save.

Please note that all Investor and Pricing configurations will be maintained in Loansifter. The final rate and price selected will automatically be displayed in both systems.
