Our knowledgeable analyst teams dedicate time and resources on a weekly basis to compile the secondary market snapshot, a comprehensive summary of mortgage market data highlighting key market trends and indicators, as well as recent industry news and analysis, upcoming economic events, and useful technological advice related to the Optimal Blue solutions.

The methodology for our **BEST EFFORTS TO MANDATORY SPREAD INDEX** is based on a client’s best efforts to mandatory spread at the time the loan is committed to an investor within the Optimal Blue platform, thus the index is inclusive of all mandatory released execution methods including bulk bids.
